Flaggers and Parking Attendants
Description
Flaggers and Parking Attendants assist with directing vehicles to the parking lot/spaces. Street flaggers will wave down cars from street traffic and direct them to the appropriate gates. Parking attendants will flag or direct cars once in the parking lot to the appropriate areas/spaces.

Ticket Takers
Description
Ticket takers work at an entrance gate. You will be responsible for collecting money and distributing tickets for vehicles entering without a season pass. Vehicles entering with season passes need to be directed to the appropriate spot. You are responsible for confirming they have the correct color and number of passes. Ticket takers are responsible for making sure all cars that have entered has paid and your money collected balances with number of passes sold.

Gate Supervisors
Description
The person in this role will be responsible for overseeing their assigned gate. This includes but is not limited to directing cars, assisting flaggers and ticket takers, dealing with customers and communicating with field supervisors.
Controls tickets and money collected. Responsible for balancing the number of tickets sold with money collected for themselves and ticket takers. Follows and enforces Michigan Event Parking and Ann Arbor Public Schools Parking policies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic math skills
- Cash handling experience
- Ability to effectively respond to customer problems or complaints
- Ability to communicate on two-way radios
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities
- Have a strong sense of surroundings
- General requirements
Field Supervisor
Description
Field Supervisors will oversee all event day operations. Communicate with all gate supervisors and cover them when necessary. Ensure flaggers are directing traffic appropriately. Handle guests who have violated any of the policies and appropriately deal with customer complaints. Direct and assist associates as necessary. One field supervisor is designated to collect money from ticket takers throughout the day.

- Able to direct, motivate and discipline a crew of associates
- Ability to interact professionally and effectively with others
- A high degree of public relations and communications skills for dealing with other employees and the public

- Cash handling skills, basic clerical and record-keeping skills
