Order Information
  1. How can I check my order status?
    ANSWER: You can check the status of your order by calling 206-851-0730 or 206-772-3074. If we don't answer we will get back to you shortly. You can also email us by clicking here
  2. How will I know my order was accepted?
    ANSWER: You will receive email confirmation of your order, including an order number and an estimate of the total amount to be charged.
  3. What methods of payment do you accept?
    ANSWER: We accept Google Checkout, Revolution Money Exchange (free shipping applies to those in the USA if you use this method), Paypal, as well as a Money Order or a Cashier's Check. NO personal checks, no exceptions.
  4. When will I be charged?
    ANSWER: Items are charged to you immediately upon purchasing. If you are unsure about your purchase, please feel free to call us for assistance.
  5. Will I be charged sales tax?
    ANSWER: No, sales tax is never charged.

  1. Is my credit card information secure?
    ANSWER: Yes, it is. Our site is secured with an SSL certificate. All pages requesting sensitive data are secured. Your credit card information is safe with us.
  2. Why doesn't my browser work with your site?
    ANSWER: Our site is built to work with all major browsers being used today. If you are having difficulty please contact us and let us now.
  1. Do you offer a layaway policy?
    ANSWER: Yes, we do, but ONLY for purchases $1000 or more, with 1/3 down & the rest to be paid off in 60 days or less (I.e. you can pay it off in full any time during that 60-day period).
Shipping Information
  1. What types of shipping do you offer?
    ANSWER: We offer exclusively either USPS Priority Mail with insurance & tracking or UPS Ground Residential with insurance & tracking depending on the size of the item. The bigger the item the more likely it will have to be sent via UPS, whom specialize in sending huge items at affordable costs.
  2. Do you ship outside of the United States?
    ANSWER: Yes, most definitely, we ship Worldwide!
  3. How long before my order arrives?
    ANSWER: Your order will be filled as promptly as possible. Most items ship out within a day of ordering (we do not ship on Sundays or holidays). Depending on whether your order was shipped via USPS or UPS, it may arrive within 2-3 business days if the former, or 7 days if the latter. Of course, this does not include items shipped outside of the United States, which varies. Also, you will be provided a tracking number, so that you can track it yourself on the internet.
  4. Do you ship to PO boxes?
    ANSWER: No, never, and neither does UPS.

    ANSWER: Nadine's Serendipity For You offers a 100% 3-Day Money Back Guarantee if item is not as described, provided return is made within 3 days of receipt in the same condition as received. However, there are NO RETURNS on Layaway Items.
