This time, with breakout and hands-on sessions, NCRA directors Sue Terry and Debra Dibble unite to present TRAIN 3.0. Come spend your Friday evening immersed in this highly successful NCRA program and leave invigorated, enthused, and ready to improve your skills and become a better realtime reporter. Then, armed with these invaluable tools, begin your own TRAINs across the state and empower and learn together to conquer your fears and become a premier realtime reporter.

8:30 to 10:00, Marybeth Everhart, RPR, CRI, CLR, will be presenting Realtime Coach. If you have ever wanted to get that extra certification but didn't know where to start, Marybeth will help you get started. Marybeth is a seasoned, practical reporter who will give you all the info and motivation you need, plus lots of tips and tricks to achieve the results you're hoping for. It is not necessary to bring your computer for this session.
10:00 to 10:15, break

11:45 to 1:00, lunch and business meeting
1:00 to 2:00, Motivational speaker Tannen Ellis-Graham, owner of MindSet International, Master MindSet Coach, and creator of the MindSet Success System and a self-proclaimed "workologist" helps individuals succeed in today's tough employment market by creating the right MindSet for success. Tannen is a highly-sought-after motivational speaker with a little humor mixed in. She will definitely hold your interest. You will not be falling asleep after lunch!

2:15 to 3:45, State of the Nation presented by Debra A. Dibble, NCRA director. Are you interested in the future of court reporters? Come learn about the fresh and innovative initiatives NCRA is launching throughout the nation. You will be amazed at the vast expanse of programs being instituted in our behalf. Bring your questions, concerns, and great ideas for our profession and let's all get active in promoting court reporting and captioning.
3:45 to 4:00, afternoon break and snack
4:00 to 5:30, Tips and Tricks from the queen of information technology, Sue Terry, NCRA director. Come to this session to get some great tips to help you produce your transcripts faster. Sue will have search tips, great reporter reference sites, how to organize your favorites, helpful software, hardware, and more. There will also be a robust discussion of common problems reporters encounter and how to troubleshoot and solve. Bring your tech questions and there will be time allotted at the end to get your questions answered.
